These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zenkairo.com("Zen Kairo", "we", "us") and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Zen Kairo is operated by ZenKairo Enterprises, 704-Pluto, Rajhans Campus, Opp. Rajhans Cinemas, Pal, Surat, India.

2. Products

All figures and collectibles sold on Zen Kairo are original, in-house designed characters. We do not sell licensed or third-party branded merchandise. 3D-printed items may show minor variation in finish, color, and texture batch-to-batch — this is a natural result of the printing and hand-finishing process, not a defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment via UPI/cards/netbanking through Razorpay.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Limitation of Liability

Zen Kairo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, India.
